EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or signs of wear, with all original tags attached and, where applicable, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

To request a size exchange, please contact us at glo.activewear.ch@gmail.com before sending the product back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Size Exchanges
Shipping costs associated with a size exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete the exchange.

Returns Due to Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to a change of mind. Our voluntary policy only allows size exchanges under the conditions and within the time period stated above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at glo.activewear.ch@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have in relation to defective or non-conforming products.

Items That Do Not Meet the Exchange Conditions
We cannot accept exchanges for garments that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, stained, altered, or that show odors or signs of use. All original tags must remain attached.

Right of Withdrawal
For sales made exclusively within Switzerland, we do not offer a general voluntary right of withdrawal or return due to a change of mind. This does not affect any mandatory rights that may apply to the customer under applicable law.
